I was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to wonderful parents. My Father was serving in the United States Army, so we traveled and lived around the world, finally planting roots in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in 1974.

After graduating from Seventy First High School in 1979, I worked full time while attending Fayetteville Technical Community College where I received a degree in architectural drafting.

Following college I spent a short time working in the PWC Water Sewer Engineering Department and Cumberland County Planning. The rest of my 30- year career with the County was in the "GIS" Mapping Department.

My interest in real estate began in high school. I began investing in real estate in 1994 and received my real estate license in 2007. Since then, I have enjoyed helping others find their "perfect" home.

We had a horrible experience with Coldwell Bankers and Bob Goodrich. Bob said he would hold open houses and aggressively market our home, but this never happened. Our house sat for nearly SEVEN MONTHS without an offer. Bob grossly misrepresented the closing costs. We asked for closing costs a week before we were due to close, and Bob verbally told us our costs. We asked for them in writing, but Bob didn't send them until 4 hours before our signatures were due...and they were over $10k higher than he had quoted us the week before. When I called to ask what was going on, he stammered and stuttered, but had no idea. He put me in touch with the lawyers' office. Turns out that Bob misread our contract. He told us that the sellers were giving us over 5k to our closing costs, but in reality, the sellers were asking for 5k to their closing. DO NOT USE BOB GOODRICH.

I could not be happier with Coldwell and my realtor Bob Goodrich, it was a long time since I last visited Fayetteville, NC and Bob made me feel welcome and made sure to maximize our time while I was here visiting and house hunting. Bob spent the time with me as we looked at several houses in one day. Even contacted another agent on short notice to go in a home that was not on my radar but I wanted to see. Not only did I find a house, but I found it in a short period of time and had the inspections done soon after, all within the week of my visit, I was so lucky! There were a few minor issues with the title company, mortgage lender, and selling entity (REO) but nothing Bob could not handle and help facilitate nicely towards closing! A few months later the home is ready to move in and I could not be happier with how everything went. And it did not just end at closing, he continues to help me through the home ownership process to my satisfaction. He kept me well informed and answered all my questions as needed and made the whole experience enjoyable to reflect on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!
